If a product offered by Shampoozone.com itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
Shampoozone.com accepts those major credit cards, which are expressly indicated on the product ordering pages. These are the accepted payment options, unless the Purchaser has requested (and had approved) a wholesale account with the Seller. Your “credit card” will not be charged until the order has been accepted by Shampoozone.com, the order has been processed and the “Products” listed in your order are ready to be shipped.
Shampoozone.com offers Free Shipping for all ground shipping within the continental United States (contiguous 48 states).
Delivery of Goods
Shampoozone.com uses well known “Commercial Carriers” including, United States Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS), Federal Express, DHL, etc. to deliver your order. Courier’s proof of delivery to shipping address provided by you during the “checkout process” which constitutes an important part of the order will confirm delivery of the products ordered. Once shown by Courier to be delivered to the shipping address you provided the product is no longer considered owned or the responsibility of Shampoozone.com. Courier confirmation (whether a tracking number is provided or not) will serve as proof of delivery of the order by Shampoozone.com.
Important Legalese: All international orders are subject to local fees, taxes, duties and customs. Shampoozone.com does not cover these additional charges, and the charges can be significant, so check with your local Customs office before you order.
Taxes and Duties
We regularly ship to customers in over 200 countries worldwide. The majority of countries, particularly U.S.A., Australia, New Zealand do not charge customs duty on small packages dispatched by air post. Overall the world is moving towards free trade and we hope and anticipate this trend will continue and accelerate.
To find out where your package is, sign in here, go to “My Account” and review your Order History. If your order says “In Progress”, we’re packing it up. If it says “Shipped”, we’ve handed it off to a shipping carrier and you can view any available tracking information on the shipper’s site. We’ll send that info to you in an email too. If you do not have an account with us, tracking information will be provided in your shipping confirmation email.
Returns and Cancellations
We pride ourselves on being able to have your order dispatched within 24 hours, with most orders sent within one hour.
You can request to cancel your order through the Contac Us page within one hour of the order being placed. Any request received after that we will attempt to change but regret in most cases order packing and dispatch will already have taken place.
If you’re not 100% satisfied in any way with an item you’ve received, please let us know using emailing us within 2 calendar days of receipt. Except when delivery occurs on a Friday or legal Federal Holiday then notification should be on the next available business day. Returns can only be made once authorized by Customer Services.
Our site is aimed at customers who have already purchased and experienced the product, either its use in the case of skincare, or smell in terms of perfume, or color in terms of make up. If you have ordered the wrong product, then you can still return for a full refund but please note that the items must be unopened and unused and you will have to bear postage costs.
We are happy to refund postage costs if the item is defective or sent due to our error. Please check your fragrance orders carefully, as fragrances can NOT be returned under any circumstances due to international aviation restrictions.
