Returns and Cancellations

We pride ourselves on being able to have your order dispatched within 24 hours, with most orders sent within one hour.

Shampoozone.com has the rite to cancel any order.

You can request to cancel your order through the Contact Us page within one hour of the order being placed. Any request received after that we will attempt to change but regret in most cases order packing and dispatch will already have taken place.

If you’re not 100% satisfied in any way with an item you’ve received, please let us know by using emailing us within 2 calendar days of receipt. Except when delivery occurs on a Friday or legal Federal Holiday then notification should be on the next available business day. Returns can only be made once authorized by Customer Services.

Our site is aimed at customers who have already purchased and experienced the product, either its use in the case of skincare, or smell in terms of perfume, or color in terms of make up. If you have ordered the wrong product, then you can still return for a full refund but please note that the items must be unopened and unused and you will have to bear postage costs.

We are happy to refund postage costs if the item is defective or sent due to our error. Please check your fragrance orders carefully, as fragrances can NOT be returned under any circumstances due to international aviation restrictions.

Damages

Shampoozone.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please do not accept delivery of the item and return to the goods to the courier or the parcel company.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
